Ways We Can Work Together

Embark on a journey toward deeper healing and growth through a thoughtful, personalized approach. I believe every person’s story is unique. Together, we gently explore the underlying patterns shaping your life, uncover your inherent strengths, and create meaningful shifts that support a healthier, more grounded perspective.

I offer a space where compassion and clinical depth meet. Your needs, your pace, and your lived experience guide our work. This is not one-size-fits-all therapy: it is intentional, relational, and centered on you.

When you’re ready, we begin by honoring your story and moving toward lasting change, one step at a time.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we gently explore how your early experiencesshaped the adaptations you carry into your present life experience. Patterns like perfectionism,over-responsibility, emotional disconnection, or self-doubt often began as protective strategies— ways your nervous system learned to cope.

Using EMDR and relational depth work, we help those adaptations soften, allowing your systemto update old beliefs and create new experiences of safety, clarity, and self-trust.

Couples Relationship Counseling

Couples and relationship counseling through a trauma-focused lens means we look beneath the conflict to the attachment wounds and nervous system patterns driving it. Most disconnection isn’t about the argument, it’s about protection, fear, and unmet needs.

Together, we slow it down, increase safety, and help each partner feel seen, heard, and understood. Healing the relationship begins with understanding the experiences each person brings into the room.

Healing Intensives

Individual and couples healing intensives are designed around EMDR and relational depth work, creating a focused, immersive space for meaningful change. Rather than moving week to week, we set aside extended time to process trauma, attachment wounds, and long-standing relational patterns at their root.

Through EMDR, your nervous system has the opportunity to update what feels stuck, creating momentum, clarity, and lasting shifts toward greater connection, stability, and freedom.

Women's Life Transitions

The Next Chapter is about navigating the seasons of life where identity begins to shift; midlife, career changes, relationship transitions, parenting launches, loss, reinvention. These moments can feel disorienting, but they also hold deep opportunity.

Together, we explore who you’ve been, who you are becoming, and how to step into what’s next with clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a powerful, research-supportedtherapy that helps the brain and nervous system process experiences that feel stuck. Rather thanjust talking about the past, EMDR helps your system update old memories, beliefs, andemotional patterns that continue to shape your present life experience.

The goal is not to erase what happened, but to help it no longer carry the same emotional charge— creating more clarity, stability, and freedom moving forward.
